Boat Fleet Manager
Oversees safety inspections, coordinates captain schedules, maintains all vessels to international standards, and ensures maritime compliance. Manages our diverse fleet to match every expedition type and guest requirement.
Guest Relations Coordinator
Handles all WhatsApp and email inquiries, manages SiOra booking systems, coordinates pre-trip arrangements, and ensures seamless communication from initial contact through final departure. Available 24/7 for guest support.
Labuan Bajo Office Manager
Coordinates airport transfers, arranges accommodation, manages ground logistics, and handles all pre-expedition and post-expedition services. Ensures smooth transitions between land and sea operations.
Marine Guide Team
Our team includes PADI-certified dive masters, advanced open water instructors, and experienced snorkeling guides. Each guide brings extensive knowledge of Komodo’s marine life, underwater geography, and conservation practices.
Park Ranger Liaison
Maintains relationships with Komodo National Park rangers, facilitates permit acquisition, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates land-based activities. Acts as bridge between our guests and park administration.
