Booking Process
Our booking process is designed to be simple and transparent. Here’s what to expect after you contact us:
Step 1 — Inquiry (Day 1): Share your dates, preferences, and budget via WhatsApp or email. Our team acknowledges within 2 hours during business hours.
Step 2 — Custom Proposal (Within 24 hours): We send a detailed itinerary with day-by-day activities, accommodation options, pricing breakdown, and what’s included. No hidden fees.
Step 3 — Refinement: We adjust the itinerary based on your feedback. Most clients finalize within 2-3 exchanges. We’re happy to present multiple options at different price points.
Step 4 — Confirmation & Deposit: Once you approve the final itinerary, a 30% deposit secures your booking. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure.
Step 5 — Pre-Trip Coordination: One week before your trip, you receive a comprehensive briefing with all confirmation details, meeting points, emergency contacts, packing suggestions, and a day-by-day schedule. We handle all park permits and SiOra registrations on your behalf.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
WhatsApp messages receive the fastest response — typically within 30 minutes during business hours (8 AM – 9 PM WITA). Email inquiries are answered within 2-4 hours during business hours. Custom itinerary proposals are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your requirements.
Can I book for a large group?
Absolutely. We regularly arrange trips for groups of 10-30+ people including corporate retreats, wedding celebrations, family reunions, and dive club expeditions. Large group bookings receive dedicated coordinators and volume-based pricing. Contact us early for peak season group bookings (June-September) as boat availability is limited.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations 30+ days before departure, 50% refund for 15-29 days, and no refund for less than 14 days. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Rescheduling to alternative dates is often possible at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Do you offer travel insurance?
While we don’t sell travel insurance directly, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and adventure activity coverage. We can recommend reputable providers experienced with Indonesian adventure travel. Medical facilities in Labuan Bajo are limited, making evacuation coverage particularly important.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use secure payment processing for credit card transactions. Bank transfers are made to our verified Juara Holding Group business account. All bookings receive official confirmation documents with detailed terms and conditions. We’re a registered Indonesian business entity operating under full compliance with local tourism regulations.
